Policy
When we discover an error in a published claim, figure, or attribution, we correct it in place and log it here. Minor typographical fixes that do not change meaning are not logged. Substantive changes to a confidence label, a figure, or a verdict are always logged with the date and a brief explanation.
To report a possible error, cite the page, the specific claim, and the source you believe contradicts it. We prioritise corrections backed by primary sources.
